Passion.pk is an online fashion store offering high-quality ladies’ sandals, bags, and accessories for women aged 18–43. We provide trendy, elegant, and affordable pieces delivered across Pakistan.

Browse our collection, select your items, add them to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details and choose a payment method to confirm the order.

We accept multiple secure payment options:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Credit/Debit Card (Visa & MasterCard)
• Bank Transfer
• Easypaisa / JazzCash

We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date you receive your order. Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) must be provided.
• Used, damaged, or heavily soiled items cannot be exchanged.

To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details.

Currently we do not offer refunds — only exchanges — except in cases where an item is out of stock or as required by law. If you have questions, contact support.

Delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3–5 working days, depending on your city and courier partner.

Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or email. Use that tracking ID on the courier partner’s website to monitor delivery status.

At the moment we deliver within Pakistan only. International shipping may be added in the future.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos and your order ID — we will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Yes — all images on our website and social pages are real photos of actual items, taken under professional lighting to show correct color and detail. Minor color variation may occur due to screen settings.
